Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (India): Free on orders above ₹1,499. Flat ₹99 for orders below this amount. Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (India): ₹199. Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping (US, UK, & EU): Standard International delivery calculated dynamically at checkout based on region. Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Dianaluxury.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the item was damaged upon arrival, contact us at info@dianaluxury.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
