We want you to love your Dianaluxury.com products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Custom-made pieces, personalized items, and pieces bought during a final sale are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free and can be requested within 15 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us and we'll send you the correct size. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@dianaluxury.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 business days.
